Lion Families:
This week has been truly inspiring! Our 5th graders hosted an incredible Living Wax Museum, bringing historical figures to life with their outstanding presentations. Each student chose a historical figure, researched their life and achievements, and then embodied that person for the museum. The creativity and dedication they displayed were remarkable, and it was wonderful to see them so engaged and enthusiastic about history.
As we approach the end of the 3rd quarter, with just 1.5 weeks remaining, I encourage you to reach out to your child's teacher if you feel they need additional support. Your involvement is key to their success, and we are here to help.
Volunteer Opportunities:
We are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support our school activities. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the school office for more information on how you can get involved.
Month of the Military Child:
April is the Month of the Military Child, a time to honor and celebrate the resilience and sacrifices of our military-connected students. We have several activities planned to recognize their unique contributions to our school community.
Weather Reminder:
With the change in weather, please ensure that students are dressed appropriately for school. It's a good idea to pack a sweater, sweatshirt, or jacket as temperatures continue to fluctuate.
Thank you for your continued support and engagement. Have a wonderful weekend!
