What's Roaring this week?

Lion Families:

On Friday, our students participated in the annual Color Run, and the energy was incredible. It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces running, laughing, and enjoying time outdoors together. We are so grateful to the high school volunteers who helped lead the way and made the event fun and safe for everyone.

A huge shoutout to our Color Run Committee—your hard work, planning, and dedication made this event a success. Your efforts do not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate everything you’ve done to bring joy to our school community!

As we begin preparing for the next school year, please make sure you have reregistered your child(ren). This helps us plan effectively for classes, staffing, and resources. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our wonderful registrar, Destanie Mason—she's happy to help!

📚 Grade Level Spotlight: 5th Grade
Last week, our talented 5th grade students hosted a Meet the Author event, where they proudly displayed their very own poetry books. Students shared their favorite poems aloud, showcasing forms such as haiku, cinquain, autobiographical poems, limericks, color poems, and acrostics. Their creativity and confidence were on full display, and we couldn’t be more proud of their hard work!

✨ Believe it or not, we have only 1 week left in the school year! As we wrap up these final days, let’s continue to support one another and finish strong.
